Some Websites Are About to Become Much Easier to Talk To
Most websites still make you do the same thing: open a menu, find a page, scan it and hope the answer is there.
That is starting to feel a little old-fashioned.
You can now put a useful AI assistant directly into a webpage and let somebody ask the question instead. What size do I need? Do you deliver here? Which service covers this? What happens next?
The important bit is making it narrow. A generic chatbot that knows nothing is still a generic chatbot that knows nothing. The useful version knows the page, the product range or the service it is sitting beside.
It doesn’t replace the page.
It just gives the visitor another way to use it.
