We Keep Finding Tracking Problems Before Advertising Problems
Before judging paid media performance, it is worth checking whether the tracking is actually capturing the customer journey properly.

A creative idea that is average in one market can perform strongly in another, which makes cross-market testing more useful than assumptions.
Strong existing brand content can often travel into new markets before a business commissions a completely separate content programme.

Sometimes the Best New Ad Is the Old Ad Again
Marketing has a habit of making “new” feel automatically better.
New campaign. New creative. New angle. New landing page.
But some of the best-performing paid content we see is not new at all. It is something that worked before, disappeared for a while, and then gets another turn.
There are good reasons for that. The audience changes. The platform changes. Frequency resets. The same creative reaches people who simply never saw it the first time.
So before creating another ten ads, it is worth looking at the old winners.
Not because old is better.
Just because “we already used it” is not the same thing as “everyone has already seen it”.
