Everpro Ltd
Privacy Policy
Draft for review before launch. This wording is not yet the approved final policy.
Who we are
Everpro Ltd, Midway House, 51 - 53 Huddersfield Road, Meltham, Holmfirth, HD9 4AF. For enquiries about your information, contact info@everpro.co.uk.
Information you give us
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, message, any company or website details you provide, and the page or topic associated with your enquiry. We use this information to understand your request and respond to you. Please do not send sensitive personal information or information you do not have permission to share.
How enquiries are handled
Enquiries are saved in our website's Lovable Cloud storage and can be read by authorised Everpro editors. Email notifications are not yet connected. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. The current Ask Everpro drawer sends an enquiry to the team, it does not provide automated chatbot answers.
Proposed basis for processing
Depending on your request, responding may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or for our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. The final policy must confirm the applicable basis, our processor arrangements and any international-transfer safeguards before launch.
Retention and access
Enquiries are restricted to authorised team members. The retention period and deletion procedure are awaiting approval and must be finalised before launch. We will not state a retention promise that has not been agreed.
Your rights
UK data-protection law provides rights including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. Contact us to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies and future services
See our cookie information. If analytics, advertising tools or the live chatbot are added, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated to describe the actual processing before those tools are enabled.
